Kathmandu: Nepali Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on Thursday congratulated his newly appointed Pakistani counterpart, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.

In the message, Deuba expressed his willingness to work closely with Abbasi to further strengthen relations between the two South Asian countries, reports Xinhua news agency.
