Members elected
The 10th general body meeting of the Meghalaya Small Savings Agents Association (MSSAA) Shillong concluded on August 5 at CTO Complex, opposite Shillong Youth Hostel. The association elected Suzie Lyngdogh as their president, Bajophin Marwein and Isabella Lyngdoh as their vice presdent, Shibu Das as their general secretary and other executive members.
Inauguration
Hospital of Mercy at Ummulong, situated at Shillong- Jowai Road was inaugurated on Tuesday by Most Rev Thomas Menamparampil SDB, former apostolic administrator of Jowai Diocese. Leaders from the Catholic Church were present on the occasion.
