NONGSTOIN: Acting on a tip-off Meghalaya police busted a hide out of the proscribed Garo National Liberation Army (GNLA) at Riangdim Nengdawak forest area near here at around 11.30 A.M on Tuesday while the cadres of the militant outfit managed to flee.
Police recovered one inflatable boat, 82 rounds AK series rifle ammunition, three life jackets, one drone, two claymore mines container, tent and one magazine pouch from the hideout. Operation was still going on.
