MHIS help desk becomes operational

SHILLONG: The Government of Meghalaya’s  Megha Health Insurance Scheme has started a help desk at the State Nodal Agency Office of the MHIS , Laitumkhrah in the city for the benefit of the citizens of Meghalaya.

The help desk is placed for the public –

  • To find out about enrolment under MHIS
  • To find out about enrolment/registration in their village
  • To know about the insurance cover and benefits under the scheme
  • To find out about the Package Rates under the scheme
  • To know about the list of empanelled hospitals under the scheme
  • To know how to utilise the MHIS smart card at hospitals
  • In case they face a problem while using the card
  • In case of any queries and complaints

Beneficiaries can call on 0364 – 2507477 to address any queries.
