SHILLONG: The Government of Meghalaya’s Megha Health Insurance Scheme has started a help desk at the State Nodal Agency Office of the MHIS , Laitumkhrah in the city for the benefit of the citizens of Meghalaya.
The help desk is placed for the public –
- To find out about enrolment under MHIS
- To find out about enrolment/registration in their village
- To know about the insurance cover and benefits under the scheme
- To find out about the Package Rates under the scheme
- To know about the list of empanelled hospitals under the scheme
- To know how to utilise the MHIS smart card at hospitals
- In case they face a problem while using the card
- In case of any queries and complaints
