Elaka dorbar
The Dolloi, Elaka Jowai will organise the Elaka Dorbar on September 16 at 11 am at Tpep Pale Community Hall. The Dorbar will elect members to the Elaka Dorbar and the village Court. The dorbar will also discuss the boundary dispute between Phlong Ingkhaw village and others. The Dolloi, Puramon Kynjing has requested all residents within the Elaka to attend the Dorbar.
