SHILLONG: The HYC Central Executive Committee (CEC) has opposed the sudden move of the MBOSE to change the syllabus by calling for Publishers to sign a contract.It questioned as to how the MBoSE will change the manuscript in just one month.
The organisation has demanded that MBoSE should keep on hold its plan to revamp the book syllabus for the year 2018 as it needs careful examination.
