BSF conducts medical camp

Shillong: BSF has launched a series of medical camps in the bordering areas to stand medical aid to the populace residing in these areas.
On Saturday another screening camp and free medical assistance camp was conducted at village Muktapur in West Jaintia Hills in continuation of medical camps being organised by BSF Hospital Shillong medical team.
Special mass screening for Hepatitis B & C was conducted along with dental hygiene screening of the border population of the area.
Around 600 male, female and children were screened, advised proper treatment and were provided required medicines with medical and dental intervention.
The team consisted doctors from BSF Hospital Shillong and civil medical setup.
