SHILLONG: On December 6 around 9 pm, a handyman of truck (AS-01DD-0092) Wanki Pale, fell down from the running truck at Umsamlem in Ri Bhoi and was fatally run over by the same. The truck was driven by Iohlangki Lyngdoh.
