SHILLONG: The 21st midnight swim will be held at Crinoline Swimming pool on December 31 as a way to welcome the New Year.
To add to the challenge, three and a half tonnes of ice will be emptied inside the pool. Participants are requested not to take any intoxicants before the event as the challenge of the programme will be lost.
