Woman dies after fall at picnic spot

SHILLONG: A woman succumbed to her injuries after she had a fall at Thangkharang, a picnic spot in East Khasi Hills.
Police said Neris Syiem, 45, was rushed to NEIGRIHMS where she succumbed to her injuries on Wednesday. Necessary formalities have been observed, police said.
