SHILLONG: The Congress party on Sunday urged the youth of the state to participate and voice their opinions on social media for better governance.
Shillong MP Vincent Pala met Arnold Massar, social media coordinator for the Congress, to discuss strategic response on social media.“Social media is shaping the way we see the world or shaping the new world itself. Facebook and Twitter provide vast information about politics, news on politics to political campaigns, and young people, as heavy social media users, are the most exposed to this information,” Pala said.
