SHILLONG: East Khasi Hills police seized more than twenty thousand litres of white illicit liquor at Mawngap, on the outskirts of the town on Friday morning.
Police said that the seizure was made during a police checking while the consignment was being brought to Shillong from Sohiong in four different vehicles. Four people have been arrested and the seized item has been handed over to Excise department.
