NONGPOH: Alert residents, including a group of women, helped in busting a drug supply racket on Friday night.
Local youths of Sajer in Nongpoh town intercepted two men around 10pm and took them to the Dorbar Shnong.
They were taking drugs. On questioning they revealed about the racket active in the town and also the identity of the main supplier.
Following this, the youths and a group of women went to the house of the supplier where they found huge amount of drugs and cash and two mobile phones.
The group then informed police and the case is under verification.
