Fraud
Takhellam Bam Surchand Singh lodged a complaint that on June 15 around 11.30 am, he received one anonymous phone call, wherein the caller claimed to be an employee of SBI ATM, Mumbai Head Office and asked about his ATM details. Later, he learnt that Rs. 37,000/- has been fraudulently debited from his account.

One knocked down
On June 15 at about 5.25 pm, an unknown vehicle knocked down Shri Sainborstar Wahlang at Byrnihat (Ri Bhoi). As a result, the victim sustained injuries and was shifted to Civil Hospital Nongpoh from where he was referred to Bethany Hospital, Nongpoh.

Violation of NGT
On June 14 around 4.15 am, police detected a truck (AS-01FC-2966) driven by Sanjit Rupini (26), while transporting coal in violation of NGT order at Mookhep (EJH).

Theft
On June13, unknown miscreants stole thirteen batteries valued around Rs. 80,000/- from ATC mobile tower at Rajasimla (North Garo Hills).
