CM congratulates newly-elected KSU leaders

SHILLONG: In a unique exercise, Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma has written a personal letter to the newly elected office bearers of the KSU Central Executive Committee to congratulate them on their new assignment.

In his letter addressed to the newly elected KSU president Daniel Khyriem and general secretary Augester Jyrwa, the Chief Minister expressed his good wishes to the new office bearers as they embark upon the new responsibility of leading the student organisation.

Dr Sangma also believed that as a leading student organisation, the KSU has been pro-active in taking up various issues of the people in general and the student community in particular thereby contributing to a great extent in creating a vigilant and alert civil society.
