General observer arrives in Tura

TURA: The District Election Officer, West Garo Hills, has informed to all the political parties and contesting candidates that in view of the by-election to South Tura Constituency, the general observer, Benudhar Behara appointed by the Election Commission of India has arrived and is camping at Room No 5 in Circuit House, Tura.
