SHILLONG: South West Khasi Hills police have arrested one Elbarlin Syiemlieh (43) for allegedly raping his step daughter.
As per the FIR, the five year old girl of Ngunraw village revealed her ordeal to a teacher of her school that she was brutally raped by her step father in February this year.
The FIR said that the child has always complained of severe pain in her abdomen which led to the confession of the girl.
