JOWAI: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) will be organising a consumer outreach programme at Orchid Inn Jowai from 2:30 pm on Wednesday .
The programme is an initiative of TRAI to reach out to telecom consumers and other stake holders of the industry and to create awareness about various initiatives of TRAI in the recent times to protect the interest of telecom consumers.
Question and answer session will be organised where consumers can raise issues or suggestions to TRAI / telecom service providers.
