KSU warns contractor against hiring non-tribals

SHILLONG: The Khasi Students’ Union (KSU), Mawkyrwat circle, warned contractors who hire labourers from outside the state in areas of Mawkyrwat.
In a statement issued here, organising secretary of KSU, Mawkyrwat circle said that they will not allow outsiders to carry out their business in the area as business of the local tribals will be affected.
