Bangladeshi nationals cross illegally
Pawnamshisha Khongsni (28) lodged a complaint that Bangladeshi nationals illegally crossed over from Bangladesh to Indian Territory, committed theft, dacoity and other crimes.

Truck transporting coal detected
On September 17, police detected a truck (AS-11-DC-0191) driven by Jonal Hussain Borbhuiya illegally transporting coal at Shangbangla in Ri Bhoi.

Theft
Meyooki Kharsati lodged a complaint that on September 16 around 4 am, a seventeen-year-old juvenile broke into his shop at Iawthyme, Jowai and stole groceries. Police apprehended the juvenile and forwarded to him to Court.
Suzie G Shongwan lodged a complaint that on September 14 around 3 am, unknown miscreants stole tyres from her car which was parked in her residence at Laitkor Lad Dewshyiap, Shillong.

One dies as hillock caves in
Ajit Swargiary lodged an FIR that on September 15 around 10 am, a portion of hillock caved in at Rongsa-A’we village in South Garo Hills in which Bhakta Gayari (25) died on the spot. The cadaver was sent to Civil Hospital, Baghmara for post mortem examination.

Stones pelted at cars
Khorsingstar Khongwir lodged a complaint that on September 13 night, Belus Areng (21) pelted stones at six vehicles (ML-05H-9888, ML-05J-2888, ML-05J-3888, ML-05F-9888, ML-05E-4888 & ML-10B-3888) which were parked at a parking lot at Lailad, Bholaganj, in which glasses of the vehicles were damaged.
