SHILLONG: Besides UDP and NPP, the PDF is also keen to have a common candidate from the MDA for the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
PDF leader and Urban and Municipal Affairs Minister Hamlet Dohling said the MDA can come to a consensus on the common candidate for the Shillong Lok Sabha seat.
“The candidate can be from any political party supporting the MDA government, but there should be a consensus,” he said.
