SHILLONG: A meeting of the election committee of the United Democratic Party (UDP) was held here on Monday. The meeting directed the circle or constituency -level committees to forward the names of ticket aspirants for 2013 Assembly elections to the state election committee by March 31. According to the party president Dr Donkupar Roy the meeting discussed several issues pertaining to 2013 elections.
