SHILLONG: Meghalaya trounced Sikkim by a huge margin of 149 runs.
Winning the toss and opting to bat first, Meghalaya put up a mammoth total of 315 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in allotted 50 overs, with Punit Bisht scoring his second century of the tournament notching up 149 runs(106 balls), being supported by the inform players Jason Lamare 55 runs(65balls) and Yogesh Nagar 44 runs(30 balls) besides Gurinder remaining unbeaten on 24 and Sylevester scoring 24 runs. Padam, Palzor and Mandup claimed 1 wicket each for Sikkim. In reply Sikkim was scuttled our for 166 runs.
