SHILLONG: The SP of East Khasi Hills has issued a notice regarding the knowledge of a person who was found loitering at Mawlai Kynton Massar area.
The man is identified as Buran Uddin Ahmed about 35 years of age from Assam. Currently he is at MIMHANS, Shillong.
