JOWAI: The football coach, who has been accused of raping a minor and was on the run, has surrendered in Jowai, West Jainti Hills on Monday.
The accused identified as Ebormi Sutnga was charged of raping a sixteen-year-old girl. Sutnga fled after the girl’s parent lodged a complaint to police.
