SHILLONG: NPP MLA from Rajabala SG Estamur Mominin has stated that the entry of Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi into active politics will not affect any political party in the country including Meghalaya.
“I being a member of the NPP do not find her entry into National Politics as a threat to the other political parties especially in Meghalaya,” he said adding that the people of the country had expected a lot from AICC president Rahul Gandhi when he entered politics but later realized that he did not bring any change to the Congress.
“Congress is expecting a lot from Priyanka Gandhi but it will not happen as Priyanka Gandhi is not the right politician for the country,” he said.
