MDC to file nomination

SHILLONG: Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council MDC Latiplang Kharkongor will file his nomination on Saturday. He will contest the MDC seat from Nongthymmai as an independent candidate. Before making a decision to go alone, he joined the People’s Democratic Front (PDF) in 2017. He quit the party last year.
