U-12 football tourney in Tura

TURA: The Tura District Sports Officer has informed that the department will be organising the U-12 Chief Minister’s Football Tournament for boys and girls on March 23 at the PA Sangma Stadium in Tura. The tournament is being organised to scout and identify talented boys and girls to represent the district at state-level tournaments and all teams under schools, clubs, associations, localities or villages may participate in the tournament. Interested teams have to submit their entries with age proof certificate of players on the spot on the day of the tournament. The cut-off date of players has been fixed as June 1 2019, the notification informed.
