SHILLONG: The president of the Meghalaya Pradesh Mahila Congress, Joplin Scott Shylla, has filed an FIR against unknown persons for attempting to discredit Priyanka Gandhi Vadra by tweeting distasteful pictures of the Congress leader.
Shylla said that the opposing forces and other fringe groups have been attempting to discredit Vadra with the intention to insult her modesty and diminish her credibility.
