Itanagar: Former Arunachal Pradesh Minister Kabang Borang died in a hospital at Chennai on Wednesdayowing to ill health. Borang (73) was the father of Ralom Borang, present legislator from Mebo in East Siang district. Governor J J Singh and Chief Minister Nabam Tuki have expressed shock over his sudden demise.
