SHILLONG: One Pantelang Massar (28), driver of an auto-rickshaw (ML-05 D 2448) was shot in his arm allegedly by a passenger at Mawlai here on Sunday afternoon. During investigation police recovered one 9 mm bullet from the vehicle. The injured person was later taken to Shillong Civil Hospital for treatment and police is investigating into the matter.
