He said the greatest challenge of Homeopathic system was the action of homeopathic medicines were not yet established and he demonstrated the same by narrating clinical cases.

Bhattacharyya said the pathway of homeopathy was not well established and the system of medicine had not gained acceptance in the scientific world.

He rued that unless the pathway of homeopathy was established, the people treating patients using homeopathy would continue to be considered as quacks.

He said the students must understand the methods of treating as Homeopathy has to survive with practice.

Arguing that government jobs can be accidental, he said learning that prescribing medicines was the key to success in homeopathic practice than wait to get opportunities in the government sector.

He said government jobs might not be important pointing that government jobs could be accidental but to love the art of treating people which earns people’s love and respect is essential.

On this occasion, eight homeopathic physicians from the North Eastern region were felicitated for their contribution in the field.
