The North Korean cargo ship, Wise Honest (middle) towed into the Port of Pago Pago in Pago Pago, American Samoa on Saturday. The Wise Honest ship was seized by the US because of suspicion that it was used to violate international sanctions. It arrived at the capital of this American territory on Saturday. (PTI)
