Shella Cong candidate quits

SHILLONG: The Congress member and candidate in the Shella bypoll, Batyngshain Laitmon Ryngnga resigned from the party on Saturday.
He sent a letter to the president of Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee, citing his loss at the recent Shella bypoll as the reason and took responsibility for the loss.
