The Shillong Assamese Educational and Socio-Cultural Society, Laban, held a cultural programme on Tuesday to commemorate the 8th death anniversary of Bharat Ratna Bhupen Hazarika in Laban Assamese Girls’ HS School premises. Regional Director of ICCR N Munish Singh was the chief guest during the programme.
