Shylla slams Bindo remark on Guv

SHILLONG: Former Chief Executive Member (CEM) of Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) HS Shylla said that a situation has not erupted when a nominated MDC (Bindo Lanong) would speak against the Governor. In a statement issued here, Shylla took exception to the statement made by Lanong that the Governor Tathagata Roy, has some hidden agenda and that he acted on personal discretion. “Such an incident has never happened when a nominated MDC will criticise the Governor”, Shylla said stating that senior leaders of any party should not have taken the post of nominated MDC.
