SHILLONG: The West Khasi Hills Block level under 19 football tournament for boys and girls 2012 kicked off here at Mawwkyrwat on Wednesday. The first match between Sakwang Youth Welfare Association and Mawkyrwat Sports Club ended in a 1-1 draw. The second match between Mawten Sports Club and Jakrem Sports Club ended in a goal-less draw. In the third game, Phodjaud Cultural Club beat Mawlangwir Sports Club 2-0.
