SHILLONG: One Sida Mary Myrthong attempted to commit suicide by pouring kerosene on her body after a quarrel with her husband at Nongumlong village in Upper Shillong on Thursday morning. Following continuous arguments, sources said that the wife finally attempted to commit suicide by pouring kerosene on her body. The wife was shifted to Shillong Civil Hospital for treatment.
