Finance ministry sanctions over Rs 352 cr to state

SHILLONG: The Union Finance Ministry has sanctioned Rs 352.20 crore to Meghalaya as part of devolution of central taxes to the states.
The amount released is for April and sanction will be made for the remaining months later.
Earlier, the 15th Finance Commission had approved the share for all the states for one year.
