No Odd-Even number restriction for HSSLC exam candidates

TURA: West Garo Hills district administration has eased the restrictions on vehicle movement under the Odd and Even number system for students who are appearing the June 10th Higher Secondary School Leaving certificate Examinations of the Science stream.
In a notice issued by deputy commissioner Ram Singh on Tuesday, it stated that it has been informed that in view of the HSSLC (Science Stream) examination to be held on 10th June and in order to facilitate the movement of students appearing for the exam who do not have an ‘Odd Number’ registration plate, i.e. ending with the number 1,3,5,7 or 9, candidates appearing for the exams may also utilise vehicles ending with the ‘Even Number’ i.e. 0,2,4,6 and 8 if required on Wednesday. However, candidates will have to furnish their Admit Card as proof as and when required. Hundreds of science students will be appearing for the exam in Tura town where the Odd and even number for movement of vehicles in Tura town has been inforce since the Corona virus lockdown was eased.
