3 BSF personnel test positive for Covid-19 in Tura

TURA: Three BSF personnel who came back from outside to join in their respective posts have tested positive for Covid-19 in Tura on Friday.

West Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner, Ram Singh informed of the development through a tweet on his official Facebook page. The three personnel who are said to be asymptomatic were undergoing quarantine. They will be shifted to the Corona Care Centre in Tura.

With the fresh cases, the total number of active cases in West Garo HIlls has gone up to 6.
