Meghalaya to invite bidding for TRI next week

GUWAHATI: Meghalaya government is planning to invite bidding for construction of a Tribal Research Institute (TRI) which will be set up in the state with fund from Union Ministry of Tribal Affairs, next week.

Meghalaya Chief Minister, Conrad Sangma today reviewed the proposal of the Tribal Research Institute and directed the consultants to submit the Detailed Project Report (DPR) by Wednesday and asked the concerned departments to expedite the process of according necessary approvals from their end
