SHILLONG: Ktiew Ems Trust COVID-19 ward and ramp was inaugurated at Dr H Gordon Roberts Hospital on Thursday. This ward will be a specialised ward with a separate dedicated unit and team.
Rev L Nongsiej and former Chief Secretary PBO Warjri were present on the occasion.
The ward has been sanctioned by Ktiew Ems Trust, London, represented by Michael Kharsyntiew (grandson of trustee) and Tbn. Don Kharsyntiew.
The project costed Rs 16 lakh.
