KHLIEHRIAT: The East Jaintia Hills District Magistrate has announced that dry day has been declared on October 26 instead of October 23 in the district on the account of Dussehra.
The order, issued by the District Magistrate, has directed all bonded warehouses, IMFL retailers, bars, canteens and outstills to remain closed.
