SHILLONG: Justice Alta-mas Kabir has favoured discussion on the controversial Judicial Standards and Accountability Bill, 2012.
“It (the bill) needs to be debated and can’t be brought just like that,” he said after launching the Meghalaya State Legal Service Authority (MSLSA) through video conference on Saturday.
