KSU enforces bandh on Seng Kut Snem

SHILLONG: Members of Khasi Students’ Union (KSU)  put a padlock on main entrance of Vivekananda Youth Centre here on Monday for not keeping the institution closed on the occasion of local festival, Seng Kut Snem.

The KSU members felt not keeping the institution closed was an insult to local sentiments.
