SHILLONG, Feb 1: Rangkynsai beat RS&CC (A) by 52 runs in the first match of the 8th Ardhendu Chaudhuri Memorial Invitational Tennis ball cricket tournament on Monday. RS&CC won the toss and put Rangkynsai to bat. Rangkynsai scored 74 runs in 6 overs. RS&CC scored 22 in 5.3 overs.
In the second match, NWCC won against Roshni by 10 runs. NWCC won the toss and elected to bat. They scored 41 runs in 6 overs. Roshni could score 31 runs in their allotted overs.
