Students from Shillong to represent India at global level

SHILLONG, March 27: A four-member team from Shillong going by the name, Team Aces, have become the first-ever team from the North East to win the Impact Regional Summit and will represent India during the Hult Prize Regional Summit 2021 in London.
According to a statement, the team comprises Aushinar Dastidar, Ananya Bhattacharya, Akangsha Chakravorty and Muskan Singhania, who are students of St Anthony’s College.
The Regional Summit was held in Mumbai on Friday and Team Aces had to take on 43 teams.
“They are the first team ever from the North East to Win the Impact Summit and will move on to the Accelerator Round to represent India in the Summit taking place in London while competing with international teams from across the globe,” the statement informed.
