Entrance test
The venue for the conduct of entrance test on April 11 for admission to B.Ed, BSc Nursing and Management has been shifted to KJP Synod Complex in Mawkhar in view of the closure of Shillong College. According to a statement from the Regional Director, IGNOU, Shillong Regional Centre, the exam will commence from 10 am. “The examinees will have to put on mask before entering the exam hall on the top floor and furnish their photo identity card which matches with the one uploaded online during application,” the statement said.
Unclaimed body
A body of a man was found at Mawlonghat, Shillong, on March 4, and was shifted to Shillong Civil Hospital where he was declared brought dead. Following the inquest and autopsy, the body has been kept at the hospital morgue for claim. Any concerned who can identify the body has been requested to contact 03642222214 or 03642222215.
