Stepfather ‘rapes’ minor

NONGSTOIN, April 16: A 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her stepfather at a village in West Khasi Hills on Thursday night.
The minor’s mother filed a police complaint on Friday and a case has been registered. The accused, identified as Treslivingstone Nongdkhar, is yet to be arrested.
